"There is nothing express about this company, I ordered something to be delivered well before Christmas and TODAY on 1-23 I am told my order has been cancelled and I have to resubmit it?! Customer Service was rude and made no attempt to make it right. NEVER been treated like that by any eCommerce company before. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!"
