"First impressions last the longest. In my efforts to correct an already-placed order, it was immediately resolved and compensated by a gracious manager, Mae. It is a rare occurrence to talk with a live customer service person (speaking perfect English!) in today's no-frills business environment, much less receive an unconditional refund. As such, I wish to share this pleasant experience with many of my personal contacts as well as other consumers considering a future purchase."
