"I have bought two machines from Used Mac Reseller over the past year and have experienced excellent customer service. I purchased an iMac almost a year ago and it has always been a great machine with no problems.
More recently I purchase a MacBook for our son for college and after installing some software, it started to freeze and eventually completely shut down. I was on the phone with Apple quite a bit trying to solve my problem when I decided to call Chris at Used Mac Reseller and he offered to replace the machine since we had it just a couple weeks. He thought it sounded like a software issue. Since I noticed that the machine we purchased had gone down in price, he offered a refund for the difference. I asked if we could have the faster processor machine that was then the same price as the one I had previously purchased and he agreed. I then was on a time crunch since our son was leaving for college in a couple weeks. Chris made sure we received the machine in time and it has so far been a great machine. I will never buy retail again and will recommend this company to all my friends and family."
