No response to emailed inquiries about my order status, which has been stuck on "processing" for a full week now.. 7 days..
"No response to emailed inquiries about my order status, which has been stuck on "processing" for a full week now.. it's 7 days after finalizing the order, by paying with credit card online, and 3 days after the order was placed we sent an email asking why the status is still saying "processing" and we have yet to receive any response from them.
Also, it says under the frequently asked questions section that you can check to see the product's availability on the individual product page, if you're wondering when your order will be shipped, but when I went to the product's page, there is no indication of inventory availability anywhere on there.. even after adding it to the cart.. I don't know what to think at this point, other than the worst.. I just hope they ultimately come through, because I really like the TV and the price I got it at, which has since gone up and that worries me, too. I guess only time will tell at this point.."
