I didn't get what I payed for !!
"I ordered a Rocky mountain cup and I was sent a cheaper version which I've seen for sale for $11,00. There was no logo on the cup and I checked to see how long a products stays cool and after 2/12 hour the water was getting warm..
I contacted the company who said they would exchange my product as long as it wasn't opened.. How am I suppose to see if I recieved the product without opening the package. So it will cost me 9 dollars to send it back and probably another 9 dollars from where ever I purchase a new cup so I will be out $28.00 in shipping fees, I trashed the product and will make my purchase elsewhere.. Now I have to pick a star.. But I cant find a ZERO star.."
