"Device was purchased for an important golf tournament, however it was defective and would not function. Supplier refused to replace until a request was made for replacement, a return number was issued and product returned. Representative of company called me and informed me that the person I spoke with was not informed of company policy and that the management would have replaced the device immediately and would have done everything possible to please the customer. I was impressed by the phone call and managements explanation of the situation. I would therefore like to reconsider my impression of the company's customer service policy and would like to revise my ratings of the company accordingly."
