Free Shipping is a HOAX
"I ordered a 199.00 100-150 sq ft filter housing ( free shipping over $49 for my pool). When the filter housing came the 150 sq ft filter would not fit . On the day it arrived I contacted the company and told them the filter would not fit. they issued me an rma # and told me they were charging me a 22.72 fee to originally ship this product and I would be responsible to pay to ship it back also. I said but it stated free shipping. He also stated that they were charging the 22.72 instead of the 15% restocking fee he said it was cheaper but it was not. I have contacted Paypal and opened a dispute, I have already paid 32.38 to send it back and adding another 22.72 comes to a total of 55.10 for an item that I do not even have. What kind of customer appreciation is this. I will never shop here again you are not getting it cheaper and they should not state free shipping if it is not. Beware of what you are buying. Some people are out to take you for a ride. I saw another review on here where one person had to pay $100 to ship back, They probably wont be in business for very long operating this way. Customer has to pay shipping to and shipping back plus can be charged a 15% restocking fee. This is a total rip off. I do not have money to give away. They should appreciate that you are doing business with them instead of trying to rip customers off."
