Terrible Communications. Thinks it's okay to keep your money without telling you.
"Kept my money for 3 weeks. I had a rough time trying to contact. They canceled the order due to Magic shipping rules. (even though I was shipping to the US with US credit card with US billing address) Majority of the order was non magic related and was cancelled also.
Miniature Market has lost another customer."
"Staples called with an issue with my order, was put on hold (YES they called me) and the was informed that all lines are busy please call back after staying on hold for 20min."

On the product information page on our site we show the unit price and then advise it may only be sold in packs of ten. If the unit price is 54.50/each your minimum purchase is clearly shown as 545.00. If a customer tries to order fewer than ten, our site advises, "Please note: INDH61HO--DH61HO Classic Series Desktop Board (Pack of 10): can only be purchased in a multiples of 10. "Newegg.ca cancelled my order even though visa approved it. (I called Visa) I contacted a newegg customer service supervisor. She said that she'll send an email so I can contact her back. (Not Done), get the order reinstated. (Not Done) Pathtic when a company will not take your money. I actually have a large history dealing with newegg.com. And they are getting much worse than before. (Damaged goods (box cutter damage), mail in rebate issues, website picture and descriptions are worse than before)"
