"I had been a loyal customer of Frames by Mail for many years. Have purchased more than a dozen frames over the past 5 years. NO MORE... They managed to screw up my last two orders a number of times. I asked Anthony for any credit on future orders for my troubles and got no response. I now use Web picture frames in Oregon and they seem to be much better!"
