"GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. KEEP ALL EMAILS. Ordered 32 chairs for new restaurant. Was told 2-4 weeks. Product showed up in 7 weeks and the vinyl seats were the wrong color. We called to refuse shipment and they told us to keep the chairs and they would look into it and fix the problem. No solution 1-Year later, still wrong color and they said it I don't like it, to return the chairs in the original packaging, which is no longer available after 11 months.. These people are rude and deceitful, they will do everything they can not to fix a problem if they are in error."
