"I returned the products to Bluefly on 12/30/11 and as of 1/19/12, I still haven't receive the money back. The total cost for the returns is $2419.57. What kind of service are they really providing? All the Big online retail will provide instant credit after receiving the return.
I called them three times and still haven't get any satisfy solution."
