"I ordered my Kawai MP8 before Christmas, knowing I would be out of town for the holidays. Because Kraft has an online inventory, I was able to find out exactly when they would ship, how many they had in stock, and the shipping time. After the order, I found out there was a delay in shipment immediately because of their website, and was able to call directly and have the order delayed without any problems. Kraft customer service made two follow-up calls to ensure I would be in town for delivery. It was a wonderful experience and Kraft seems to have melded all the positive aspects of internet shopping (ease, information, and competitive pricing) with the positive aspects of store shopping (excellent customer service)."
