"This company is a scam. I ordered winter boots from them on Jan 18, 2008. I ordered from them because they advertised they had the product in stock. They did not! I received an email like the others stating I would get my boots in 30 days. on the 30th day (business day) this was Feb 29th, 2008, I still had not received my boots nor any communication from them that they were to be delivered. I canceled. I still have not received my refund as of March 26, 2008. I called and was telling the girls who work customer service I wanted my refund now or I would contact the Attorney General's office. They immediately transferred me to a voicemail of a manager. When I called back several times they kept forwarding me to a voicemail (that you cannot leave a message). I have emailed these people many many many times. They hardly respond and usually with automated response. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE GOING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY."
