The worst "customer srevice"
"I called to inquire about an order I placed 1-15-20.As of 1-21-20 no tracking info avail.Called to inquire and spoke to a very nasty lady who was just trying to get me off the phone. When I asked for supvr was told there wasn't one there call back in an hour.Called back in 45 min another nasty lady told me no supvr there...call back in an hour. The problem is that when you tell these reps that they are being nasty or rude they don't care. The reason for that is(if they're telling the truth) there is no supervision and they fear no consequences for the way they treat people."
