Hope you don't have to return a defective item
"Returned a DOA JVC car stereo. Was charged a restocking fee AND $19.99 for return shipping! After calling and complaining I was able to get the restocking charge refunded but still had to pay $19.99 for return shipping that was supposed to have been given at a discount. So I'm out $20 bucks just for doing business with this company. The really sad news is I could have gotten the same stereo from the local Best Buy for only a few bucks more but thought I would save the trip. I would never recommend doing business with www.onlinestereo.com to anyone."
