"Found a Verizon phone on the web site and ordered it. When it came in it turned out to be AT&T/T-Mobile. Customer Service said the phone was mislabeled and a Verizon model was not available. This mistake was corrected in their web store and a full refund of the phone was received and although they normally do not refund expedited shipping they did in this case. Customer Service was very professional, courteous, and helpful in getting this resolved for me. I'm sure I will not hesitate to order from ReplaceYourCell.com in the future."
