"I purchased ticket for row 8 tickets for row 23 and my friend purchased 1 ticket for the same row. When they emailed me my ticket the said row 22 so I called and they said the reason the row changed from what they told me because the seller upgraded my seats . So now my friend that purchased the single ticket is left sitting along in row 23 because vivid moved my seats without permission and they won’t do anything about it. I will be turning them over to the BBB. People please beware of this site."
