Office Depot/Max Great Agents but terrible resolve
"Printer Order on 6/26/20 checked in stock delivery due in 3 days. Then delivery delay till 7/6 then 7/7 then 7/8 then told that it was not in stock. I cancel soon after and was told that refund would be reflected to credit account. Not so, fourteen days later still no $159.00 and no printer. phone and chat Agents were very polite they can only follow co. policy and can't solve this kind of issue. Was told that there is a Office Depot policy of 5 to 7 day wait time for refund. Really, this was not stated when I placed the order what kind of BS is that I give you $$ you give product, simple and vise versa. And if Office Depot is telling me and you differently, then please be careful. I really don't have a beef with this co. I just want a printer or money back."
