"Absolutely fantastic customer service. Human beings answer the phone and are courteous and helpful--and fun! Cute products that are just as advertised. One item was defective and they replaced it immediately--with an apology. Both times I've ordered, the purchases have arrived WAY before I expected them. Great place for stocking stuffers, office gifts, and fun, useful articles."
