"I ordered through Shari's Berries twice and both times, I was notified my order was delivered but it never arrived to the recipient (my mom) who lives in a different state from me. I contacted customer service and received basically a crap apology and an explanation about flex delivery, which I already knew about and accepted on the prompt that came up during the checkout process. I acknowledged I knew about the flex delivery and informed the rep that my mom just had knee surgery and my step-dad is retired so there's no way that anyone could have missed the delivery that was supposedly made by Shari's Berries.
No offer to have it remade and redelivered, no offer to refund, no asking how to improve service or better my experience. Nothing. Just terrible customer service and people skills apparently."
