"I was a little leary about buying from this company, considering how few ratings there were. In the end I gritted my teeth, gave them a try, and am happy to report the experience went off without a hitch. They carried what I needed, offered it cheaper than anywhere else I could find, shipped it quickly and packaged it well, and corresponded well via email. They still don't seem to include an invoice in the package, but I would do business with them again. Follow up: I just noticed how high this company's shipping rates are. I paid $10 for ground shipping on a power supply."

"I purchased a Sun Ultra 30 with 20" monitor. If memory serves, I requested the 3-day shipping, but when I checked the order status two days later it showed up as still being unfulfilled. I contacted customer service and explained that I needed it delivered asap. The CSR I spoke with, Regina, apologized and arranged to have the order shipped overnight. True to her word, everything showed up the next day. All items were packed extremely well, and everything was in excellent condition coming out of the box. Four months later it's running like a charm without any problems whatsoever. If you're a true geek, give AnySystem a try."

"I ordered a refurbished system from the Geeks for my neice. It showed up in a reasonable amount of time, but my problems began when I tried to load Win98 on the HDD. After many unsuccessful scandisk and formatting attempts I broke down and called their CSRs. The CSR was decent enough, and even went as far as to acknowledge that I knew what I was talking about. He told me to return the drive and they'd send out another once they got it. Fortunately, I had a spare to get by with. About two months later it occurred to me that I still hadn't received the replacement drive. I logged on to their website, checked my acccount out, and found that I had a credit on it for $56. Nice of them to tell me, huh? Anyway, I looked around on their site in vain for a few days trying to find something to else to use my credit on. Since there was nothing, I gave up, figuring I'd go back in a month or two when they had some fresh inventory. Long story short, a couple weeks later I unexpectedly got the replacement drive. Larger by 5Gbs and it worked to boot. Aside from this experience, it's now been about 7 months since I got the box. It's still up and running, but the integrated sound on the motherboard won't work, and I've had to reinstall the video drivers for some reason."
