"Extremely disappointed!! I ordered an OSU National Championship "banner" for $18.95 + shipping $24. something and the "banner" was only 8" x 10"... What was more ridiculous was that when I went to return it, they shipped it back to me with the statement "No refunds on "Event Merchandise" highlighted . What a ripoff and they don't care about keeping customers with policies like this. Order from someone else! I got ripped off and they should have tried to keep me as a satisfied customer but they chose not to. I order A LOT of OSU memorabilia but they won't be getting any more business from me and I hope not from you too!"
