"Was told on my initial call that I should send a check upon receipt of product. I questioned the person on the phone three times about this way to do business and was told yes. I waited for approximately two weeks then called back and was told they wouldn't process my order until they received my check. I told them what I was told in my initial call and they went ahead and processed my order and I sent them my check. Then it still took some time to get the order but if I had been told the way to do it up front after I questioned the lady three times the order would have been received much quicker."
