"I called in for a warranty part and didn’t have my entire serial number, my product wasn’t registered. Customer service rep Adam Broom gave me his personal number for me to text him the barcode off of my treadmill and he scanned it to get my entire serial number so that my treadmill motor would be covered under warranty. He went out of his way, and I was very appreciative. I hope the rest of the reps are as nice as he was to me. Thanks again Adam!!"
