Great customer service.
"My lilac tree was delivered after Memorial day and due to the long weekend holiday, the condition of the tree was not good when it finally arrived. I did not want to go through replacement or ordering a new one because I was tired of delayed delivery and this tree already suffered enough.
So I planted the tree anyway to see if it would survive and guess what! FastGrowingTree sent me another lilac tree even if I told them not to! I really do appreciate for them going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Hope this tree does well. Thank you so much!"
