Can’t Return Dresses, so be sure you love it!
"First- I did receive the dresses I ordered even quicker than expected, so that was a pleasant surprise! However, when I first ordered them, my order was cancelled because they “can’t afford to have dresses returned” and I had ordered 5.
So in spite of the many posts all over the website offering a discount on 3 items and easy returns, that apparently has a ton of fine print.
Luckily I will be able to find other uses for the dresses, but I shouldn’t have had to beg them to let me order the dresses, which took another 4-5 days of going back and forth.
The dresses themselves are all pretty, and I ordered a straight off the rack size (didn’t send custom measurements), and they all fit about as expected (slightly on the smaller side, but that’s typical for international sizing and bridal gowns).
Again, besides being taken back by the sudden shift on return policy and the delayed order because of that, I was pretty happy with ordering my wedding dress(es) from Hebeos and would recommend them for your dress purchase."
