"I purchased a GoPro Hero 4 Silver, right away it was having issues freezing. I contacted GoPro, they said they couldn't do anything since I wasn't using one of their recommended cards. I went out and bought one of the ones on their list, had the same issues. At that point they had me return the gopro and sent me a replacement (or maybe just did a reset on the same one and sent it back), and it has problems freezing up. So thinking I must be crazy I purchase another memory card from their list. Same problems, 4 different cards, 2 different ones off their list of recommended cards and none of them work reliably (about half the time it freezes up). They aren't responding to my emails now. I understand that things have issues sometimes, but when a company isn't willing to replace defective items, that's a big sign that something is wrong. Don't be fooled by the brand name, pick a more reliable camera."

"I've ordered 5 through B&H 5 times in the past year, and most orders had several items. Every order has been processed, shipped and received astoundingly quickly (which is helped by the fact that I am in Boston and they are in NY). I've never had a problem and would highly recommend them."

"My order got lost somewhere (that happens), tracking says delivered, I never got it (no signature). So I contacted smartbargains.com and they said it would take 7-10 business days to look into with UPS. 3 weeks pass and I don't hear from them, so I send them an email inquiring about my order and I never heard back! Luckily I was aware that I had to file a dispute with my credit card within 60 days and I got my money back that way. Beware!"
