No refund! Horrible customer service. PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING
"On the phone they were great. Nice, helpful, etc. Upon a second call in the next person I talked to gave me completely different specs on a drone. Started to worry me but I assured myself they were good to go with the 45 day policy. HOW WRONG I WAS. I called a third time to place an order. They took my info and card and placed the order. I asked for a receipt and was told no receipts can be given for phone orders just an order number. An hour later I called in to verify the order. At this time I was told about a 20% restock fee for returned orders PLUS I pay shipping and they're only accepted unopened. I'm ok with all but the 20% restock. That's $30+ out the window for nothing plus$15+ to ship back to them. I told them I wasn't aware and needed to cancel the order for an hour ago. They said no can do we never cancel orders. You'll get it in a week or so and it's yours or be penalized 20% restock. I was furious but dealt with it. Only to get one crushed item and one item the wrong color. I called in not happy but civil. They said oh you can ship the busted box back and we'll send you another. This is out of my pocket. And then was told they also don't guarantee color. What more could you ask for from a company to be label HORRIBLE! I read a few good reviews before buying but trust me there's nothing good here. All these things can be verified. Call in and ask all these things before ordering because they WILL NOT TELL YOU UPFRONT! It should be unlawful for this to be possible."
