Computer system needs work
"Once the order went in, things could not have been better. However, the computer ordering system kept refusing to accept my final submit and did not give a reason why. I switched browsers twice and the order eventually went through. So they need to beef up their programming staff and test the software on multiple browsers. Until that time, they need to detect what browser you are using and tell you to use the browser that works. Even this survey did not go in smoothly the first time.
And as for this survey, why have Facebook as the primary place to send it? Not everyone uses that."
