Bad battery. Worst customer support
"I bought 15 R2. It was great for 15 months. Then suddenly the battery died. It was not covered in my insurance.
I was ready to pay for a new battery but Dell didn't had that in their stock. Also they said if I get it installed from a 3rd party vendor then the warranty of my system will be void. It is a total hostage kind of situation for me."
