Great customer service, small error on order
"I ordered 5 different types of Simplicolor 11oz mugs and had a great experience with customer service. The live chat feature on the website was very prompt and the representative I spoke with answered all my questions and provided help above and beyond what I expected.
However, when I got my order, I got 1 more mug of one design and 1 less mug of another design. Not a huge issue and I needed to get the mugs to my client right away so I did not contact Inkhead, but I discounted my client on their order and obviously would have preferred to be able to provide them with the exact quantities they had ordered from me."
