"I am a customer of Igourmet.com for several years. I have my last order of cheese delivered in late by FedEx: no more dry ice bag, all melted and warm packages if cheese....It was not the fault of Igourmet.com that sent the parcel on time....but the carrier did not delivered on time.
Called Igourmet.com customer service, sent pics by email of the parcel and cheese condition (soft cheeses were melted).
Within 24 hours, the company refunded me in full.
I wish they switch quickly to UPS that is more reliable for perishable goods.
Igourmet has an excellent high quality of cheese from France and other countries."
