BLAH, BLAH,BLAH!!!
"I ordered approx. 12 items from you for Christmas presents, and did not receive one of them. I called and also placed the order personally and still did not get the gifts. I also gave you my credit card number, so you can imagine that I am scanning my card bill every day for fraud. I've already noticed several items that are suspicious. I was extremely humiliated when I did not have the presents that were ordered. But instead I got an email asking me all the questions that had already been answered. I also find it funny that you already have my invoice number. However, there is a light in your company- Crystal. She did her utmost to help me and try to figure out a very confusing situation. Thank you Crystal!"
