"The item was advertised and, after the order was placed, we received an email the next day saying that it was back-ordered and wouldn't be available for 2-3 weeks. Since we needed this for our vacation, we had no choice but to cancel the order. It would have saved us some needed time if we had known this item was out of stock BEFORE placing the order."
