"I ordered a frame for my grandsons swing on May 5th. Their website clearly states ordered are going out within 7 to 10 business days. My order has yet to ship. I have emailed the company several times even asking for a refund if they could not give me a date on when my order would ship, but I have gotten no where. I was told if my order has reached a certain point in the processing, it can't be canceled and that I would get an email on the status. Still nothing."
