Fast Shipping, Abysmal Customer Service
"I ordered a Vanguard engine from Small Engine Warehouse in late May. I was amazed that it arrived at my house the next business day.
The problem was that the engine did NOT have the oil drain tube that it was supposed to have.
Here I am 2 months later, and even though I have repeatedly contacted Small Engine Warehouse, and sent the pictures they requested, I have never received any resolution or actual response.
The only response I have received was when I contacted the salesperson, Seth Conlon, who was helpful, but he could not resolve the problem because it is not his department."
