"Customer service is horrible!
I placed order for 3 desktop computers with XP Pro, I got them with Windows 2000 Pro. When I call customer service I get to the technical department, that transfer me to customer service department saying that they should be able to take care of you. Customer service transfers me to RMA department, saying that they can do the price adjustment for you. RMA first say they will transfer me to technical services, when I mentioned that I came here from there, they say they can take the items back, reinstall and ship them back to me (2-3 weeks before I will get the system and I will pay for return shipping for something that was their mistake) - Nothing more that they can do, no price adjustment, no reimbursements, no SORRY for doing the mistake!
I used to place a lot of orders through geeks.com, but one bad review makes me search for other options and luckily there are options out there!"
