Not a luxury retailer
"Ordered luxury belt from BALLY as a birthday gift for my close friend. Belt arrived and was used 3 times and the holes started to tear. Asked for a solution and was offered to return - print all the labels and ship it back. No other solutions such as replacement with other brand/style was offered. Very disappointing first and last experience with this retailer. Order X601291159"
