worst experience and customer service ever

"Horrible service . I wish I would pay attention to the reviews before my purchase. As well as so many of these reviews, they lied about length of delivery time . The returning process is even worst. I have talked to 3 different representatives and they keep passing the ball. I got the box damaged and the product is dent at the top. The unit is also making really loud noises, that I can hear it while sleeping in my room. stop and go every 3 minutes, and the company says this is pretty normal. Still going through EDGESTAR warranty process. Avoid this company at all costs. The store stopped taking our calls or answering our emails. In particular, Zachary, who had been so nice and responsive prior to the sale, and later just was ignoring all my calls and emails."
