"I ordered a hard drive from this store and received a confirmation email, but never heard of the status other than that my order was received. Further investigation shows that my order was canceled without any notification by the vendor. As a consumer, I should be notified if there is a problem with my order. In this case, I feel that even shopping at the online store was a total waste of my time. I might as well bring my business elsewhere to stores that offer much more competitive prices. No customer support = bad store."
