"I have been an active customer for the last year. All payments on time and never missed a payment. Paid my account off 9/30/2022. I started Christmas ordering early. It showed that I had 480.00 credit available as of Tuesday 10/6/2022. I called and was unable to see why my order was not being shipped per the customer service agent. I was told to wait until Tuesday 10/11/22 to call back. Now the account shows $0.00 available credit. Called and was told that I would have to send money order or certified check. My credit report score has declined due to working with a debt management company due to unsecured high interest personal loans and for medical which is not visible due to not being allowed to show any medical info about me. They did not base my credit for all payments on time and never missed. November of last year ordered 355.00 in orders and now that I paid it off on 9/30/2022 and tried to place an order less than credit available of $480.00 and now as of today they removed all credit I had available last week. The quality of items last year was a disappointment but I still made all my payments on time and not missed. It took this company 10 days to tell me, I no longer have any credit with them. I was a good customer and my order and payment history were not used to determine my credit worthiness. Until today, statements and system showed available credit of $480.00, now shows $0.00 available."
