Unbelievably unprofessional and inconsiderate company
"I ordered a generator from this company via affirm and I was not satisfied with what I received and when it came time to return it, they not only lied about the shipping cost twice, ( as they initially told me 300, then 600, and once they refunded the loan to affirm it was 758.00) but they took it upon themselves to add another 158.00 to the 600.00 they told me I had to pay........as the manager confirmed the 600.00 after I was told this by at least 3 other reps. When it was time for the pickup I scheduled my day around the pickup window only to receive a call the day of delivery from the person that scheduled the appointment claiming that it would be 2 days later. Not only did she tell me that, but she went as far as to try to not take blame for giving wrong information and trying to coerce me to agree that no appointment was ever scheduled. I couldn't believe my ears!! She must have forgotten in an instant about the mind game that she was playing, because in the very next sentence she then tells me that they (electric generators direct) cancelled the appointment (and felt that they din't need to give me a heads up). I mean, who even wants to communicate with individuals as such?! But nevertheless it is welcomed and encouraged by those that supervise the very workers that you have to deal with as nothing changes, regardless of who you speak to. It's like you're paying your money to patronize a company that has no regard (neither professional respect) for the customer and the fact that the customer is trusting (on a professional level) their judgement and all that they say as experienced representatives. I waited 10 hours at my storage for their delivery source to pickup the generator. I'm not sure why they didn't receive a ticket as the entire block and radius of the neighborhood was filled with black smoke (from their truck) after they turned their vehicle on to leave. You can always tell the quality of service (aka professional experience) that you're receiving by who and what is involved in the scenario /situation!"
