"This was my first purchase from Kraft. I found them via a web-search and thought their site was very well laid out and contained a lot of useful information. I am always nervous buying unseen from the web but I had no reason to be so, buying from Kraft. I was particularly pleased at being able to phone and talk to someone knowledgeable, who didn't try to be "pushy" - also, they take credit card fraud seriously. Once the product was ordered, they kept me informed of the processing stages and enabled me to track the shipment. The shipping was prompt and the piano arrived in perfect condition. Finally, I think the Casio Privia PX310 is great value for the money."
