"We ordered an iomega 1tb hard drive from 1saleaday.com on December 22nd. We understood when we purchased this drive that it was refurbished. When we received the package and opened it yesterday we found a drive that was inoperable. We have contacted 1 sale a day with pictures and have only received their canned response. We would still like this product, just one that works. Please help!
Follow up - 1saleaday.com did respond to our refund request and sent us a shipping label to send the drive back. Also, the Vice-President of the company personally responded to me after this post and made sure that our problem was taken care of. What a great customer service experience!"
