"Their price for the motherboards I ordered were great. The online order had no way to adjust to Pricewatch pricing. I called, they said just make a note on the order. There was no order # provided on the online order, no email confirm, didn't ship until 5 days later, and increased the shipping charges 33% when they adjusted the product price to Pricewatch price. I called and was able to speak to a live person, but they seemed oblivious to any of my concerns, and rarely allowed me to finish a sentence. I want to know what the total cost is when I order anything online, rather than buying on faith. I would strongly caution that you may find this seller unhelpful if any problems arise on your order. I have not dealt with a company that handled my order and responded so unprofessionally in over a year. Great prices.. but buyer BEWARE."
