From good to awful in a hurry
"I purchased my first dtf printer in may , run good! Then decided on a 2nd purchase , basically same machine but one being a roll print and the other sheet! Both machines part of bundle packages, roughly around $10.5k in purchase and then they send me codes for cadlink for 2nd machine which was originally for first! So 2 machines, 2 bundle packages, purchased 2 months a part to use at separate locations but can't because of single license that should have been 2 separate license! And that's not even discussing the issues that started a week after purchasing the 2nd printer that started happening with the first printer and the crap I went through to get it resolved! And now dealing with a license issue over software that shouldn't even be a issue to begin with! When I should have received 2 separate license!"
