"I ordered a shoes on Bloomingdales on9/15/2016 with 25%sale but I received a wrong item which is same side shoes(two right side) so I want to do exchange, but they said they will restock it 11/7 so they refund me 15%discount. And then they keep changing restock date and they told me it's better to return my item and purchase a new. Alraight. I did that but they keep cancel my order for 5 times and finally they told me the reason which is they don't allow such low price, and they said they have never put sale on these shoes. So I showed them my confirmation email, they finally said ok I can give you 25% discount as before, but I will never give you 15% discount for this order. Excuse me? Are you kidding? I'm the one who receive the wrong shoes, you are the one who made mistake, why do I have to pay more and I already wait restock for almost two months. And their senior is really really bad attitude, they just keep saying they never have sale on these shoes and then put me on hold. So disappointed and super bad experience."
