Rip Off, Scam, Bait and Switch, Rude, Check BBB
"The most horrible experience ever while trying to buy one of their Sony 940e. I purchase many things on the net and this place is a rip off and practice nothing but bait and switch on big ticket items. If you do not take the bait they become very rude and hang up on you and this is after they have your order and credit card information. Hours on the phone while on hold. Several calls to with at least a 20 - 55 minute wait to talk to one of their thugs. Emailing is a joke (not) with no reply's to questions or responses. They state they have them in stock but they are in stock in China. I was told it would take 80 working days to get the TV if I still wanted it. If I chose the expedited shipping I would get it 2 days earlier, 78 days. They have their bait and switches ready to go tho. WARNING: USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK and/or Peril. Who ever is rating them above 1 star is a relative or ordered a Yo-Yo."
