Ordered brake kit, and other items
"I Ordered a brake kit for my van. I recieved rotors but no brake pads in the box. So I called to report the issue. I was told the box was shipped and received. They asked if the box was damaged or opened when received. I informed the agent their was no damage the box however the box is missing the brake pads. They offered to process a one time credit, 2 weeks later no refund for the missing part, and I am still waiting for the wiper blades and air filter, I ordered 4 weeks ago with the missing brake pads. This has been the Worst experience ever!"
