Customer service was a let down.
"I made a mistake when placing my order. Got the ship to and Bill to names reversed on a gun order. I saw the mistake when I received the email invoice. So I called customer service and asked if they could correct it. The rep did correct the mistake and emailed me a new invoice. However, when I went to the dealer to pick up the gun, the names were still wrong. Obviously, that caused a problem."
